Highway One/13

Highway 1 began with a recommendation to take a certain route home from a show I was putting up in Columbia, SC. It hasn’t ended yet. The original concept: 1 day. 1 photographer. 1 camera. 1 stretch of road, Highway 1. Get it?

As I work through retouching the Highway One photos, I’ll post. Here are 13 additional images from nearly 200 taken in one day along this route. These are images making the first cut. Many of these aren’t s’good, but they’ll be axed soon enough. Just sharing the process. In the end, final images will be displayed via projection as part of an installation.
